Cellectis AB in Gothenburg, Sweden is part of the French biotechnology company Cellectis SA. The company focus on human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) and technology for regenerative medicine, drug discovery research and toxicity testing. Cellectis AB in Gothenburg has extensive experience in handling hPSC for scale up and differentiation into mature and functional cells, with the main objective to develop hepatocytes and cardiomyocytes. Cellectis is focused on quality and scale-up production and has an implemented quality system and laboratory standards that meet the foreseeable future demands. Within the project Cellectis AB in Gothenburg work continuously to improve rigidness of protocols, functionality and scale-up of undifferentiated cells and hepatocytes. Moreover, the distribution of cells to collaborators within the programme is constantly under improvement, to facilitate a successful project.
